This Coup de Cœur ring 'Corinne' is inspired by the 'Toi et Moi' rings.

Toi et Moi rings are made with two stones set side by side without ever touching and on the same ring. Historically, these stones were of equal size and shape, but contemporary designers play with this design.

Instead of using two identical gemstones, Marie-Bénédicte used a pearl and a gemstone, giving it her contemporary twist.

One of the first Toi et Moi rings mentioned in jewelry history is that of Napoleon Bonaparte, he offered a beautiful Toi et Moi ring to his first wife, Josephine de Beauharnais.

The colors of Tahitian pearls can range from deep black, gray, bronze, peacock, eggplant, blue, white to pistachio or golden green.
