A playful, elegant necklace with gold links and a breathtaking rutile quartz full of life

Seraphine is derived from the Hebrew seraphim, angelic figures associated with light, fire and feathers, a direct reference to the gold inclusions in the stone.

This necklace in 18 ct solid yellow gold is a subtle work of art. Each link was hand-forged and machined with a hammered texture, giving the necklace a playful, organic look. The texture captures light naturally and emphasises the handmade character of this unique piece of jewellery.

The eye-catcher of this necklace is an impressive rutile quartz of 12.62 ct, a beautiful gemstone formed by Mother Nature. What look like fine gold feathers in the stone, are in reality gold rutile needles - a beautiful natural phenomenon that gives this quartz its character and life.
